All
employees will be assigned a training path on their first day of
employment. Each training requirement will need to be completed by a
specific time during their probationary period. Once
an employee is made permanent, they would proceed on the training
path until all training is completed within a specific period.
Completion of the training requirements is a condition of employment
and is reflected in the performance review.
